The Seneca-Iroquois Museum (SINM) is a nonprofit organization. Proceeds from sales are used for SINM operations. This publication is only available from the SINM! Author Phyllis E. Wms. Bardeau (Allegany Territory, Seneca, Deer Clan), a fluent Seneca speaker who has devoted her lifetime to carry on the Onöndowa'ga:' (Seneca) language. The editor is Jaré Cardinal, Director of the Seneca-Iroquois National Museum.
Its in the Word is a unique resource. This book is an Onöndowa'ga:' (Seneca) language dictionary. It provides historical entries for significant Onöndowa'ga:' people, places, or events. The book also has wampum illustrations.
